Valentine Lodge is a charming, friendly and comfortable place to stay. The owners, Margaret and Allan, have a wealth of knowledge about the area, having owned the Lodge for over 40 years. The antiques, art (by Margaret) decorating the walls, proximity to Oval Beach, beautiful gardens and delicious breakfasts (home-cooked food on the weekends and a lovely spread during the week) make Valentine Lodge the perfect place to rest your head after a day of visiting art galleries, shops, and restaurants in town. If you love the water, you will enjoy the beaches and the activities offered. My husband and I will surely be back next season. Thank you Margaret and Allan!
