Should be 0 stars. After ordering and calling back 3different times starting at 6pm. The pizza gets here and it s smashed. I call the manager and he tells me he won t charge me for the pizza I don t have and it will take two days to refund. In the trade business this is the worst kind of bad business you could possibly provide. This franchisee needs to retrain his staff from the manager on down. I m told I will receive the correct pizza in 30 min. So 10:10 pm 4:10 to get it right I m not holding my breath. I m calling papa johns.
