Worst customer service EVER from front desk manage...

Worst customer service EVER from front desk manager Kevin,he is extremely rude and prejudiced.He yelled at my daughter in front of about 15 customers In the lobby he used foul language,my niece brought my daughter birthday balloons and kevin made her take them out of pool area my daughters had snacks in pool area on table and kevin yelled at them and told them they had to remove the snacks other ppl had pizza soda beer and snacks and kevin said nothing to them,there are pool signs everywere and nothing states no food or drinks allowed kevin was screaming at my daughter that he was gonna make us leave he is very rude and unprofessional when I got to the hotel I went up to desk to find out what the problem was and kevin was gone come to find out he was the manager,I asked 4 a handicap room because my son is in a wheelchair and they gave me a room on the third floor with a broken elevator waited over 30min to get on elevator the the 3rd fl button did not work,smh I stay at the hotel every year for my daughter birthday and this was far most the worse experience I have ever had at this hotel!!!!! Even the other employees working the desk apologized for the way their manager acted...kevin should definitely not be a manager
