Please don't waste your money on this company, would not pay for my roof after damage by hail and wind storm from last year, didnt want to meet my roofer because they said would only want to argue with them even though this is a standard practice by all other insurance company's and I requested another person meet my contractor they refused, this is also standard practice. If they want to send someone by the name of Blanchard request to have have someone else, or maybe they are all like him. VERY rude and had a different story each time I talked to him. Close to 40% of my neighbors have had or are currently getting roofs replaced by insurance Companies without any problems all houses were build about same time by the same builder. When I told his manager this he still refused to even consider to send someone out and said he saw pictures, even though Ben Blachard from Iowa Mutual did not do any chalk tracings, they were later done but my contracter. They are trying to get out of paying by saying the shingles were faulty and or they were I stalled improperly....NOT TRUE
Poor way to conduct business in my opinion!!!!

I have heard of companies like this just never believed....
Only their employees have given them a good rating, I wonder how much they get paid to reject paying on claims made by hardworking homeowners that pay their premiums not realizing they will not pay
