I worked with CHS for 3 years and I can say the organization has its heart to serving the community. They do have some systemic challenges but the leadership team is open and willing to hear employee and client feedback. At the later part of my employment a seasoned HR manager was added to help create effective systems, build morale and support employees with any questions or concerns. In doing this I believe trust was built and CHS is moving in the right direction. They have had their struggles, but that s behind now from what I hear and see.
