My experience with ICC Property Management - specifically with Margot & John has been great. Both have assisted me in resolving issues in the past, and most recently Margot was very helpful in investigating a concern of mine. She was understanding and attentive and I'm thankful she was available to assist me. The concierge staff as well have been excellent including Marjorie.
