My husband came in today to get a couple parts. He called the parts dept several times in the last week with only a voice mail to leave your number on. No calls were returned. Today no one offered to help him after a lengthy wait. We've had our camper a year and are going to get a longer one since we have a new grandchild. We will probably buy somewhere else
