I have been coming to the dealership since 2011. I have had good service overall. My most recent visit was a letdown though. Once my vehicle was serviced at their Quick Lube shop on the hill I opened the door, and it was obvious that the service tech had gotten into the vehicle with filthy clothes, which left stains all over the seat. I alerted one of the managers. He sent the tech out who arrived with a dirty rag and what looked like a bottle of glass cleaner! I asked that he get a clean rag. I don't know what the cleaner was, but after it dried later in the day, the stains were still there. I'll be trying to get the stains out at home.
