Clean and functional in line with the Ibis concept. Unfortunately a design flaw in the heating/cooling system only makes cool or hot to be available for the whole building and management uses outside temperature forecasts to decide. If it's 21C or less outside, no AC. So, you open the double windows designed to insulate from noise and weather and the noise from the street will keep you awake.
Since my main objective when renting a room is to sleep, I won't be using this hotel again as I wasn't able to use it for it's purpose.
