Today's service from Dawson Electric was our second experience using their services. We cannot speak highly enough about how Dawson Electric has provided outstanding customer service, professionalism, and an extremely good value forafor the quality services they provide.

Micah Wagler was our technician during both service experiences. He was very professional, respectful, friendly and courteous, while providing outstanding customer service. He was extremely thorough in listening to our requests, assessing what needed to be done, and explaining what options we had available to complete our request.

He explained in detail what he was going to do. He cleaned up the work site when done, then followed up with us afterwards to explain how everything went. He made sure we were satisfied with the service and quality of work he provided.

As mentioned before, we cannot provide enough accolades to do justice to the wonderful quality and professionalism provided by Dawson Electric. We highly recommend their company and any services they provide, knowing full well, that any customer will be satisfied.
