I went to Hendrick Honda for the first time last Saturday to have my passenger window repaired and my annual state inspection. Dan Cannon diagnosed what was wrong with the window track immediately (something I didn't notice) and ordered the parts. Dan told me about how long it would take, kept me updated throughout the process, and I was all set with just a short wait in the lobby while I watch some college football. Dan was personable and gave me great customer service. I will certainly use Hendrick Honda for any maintenance issues going forward. Thanks Dan!
