Driving the Dallas Tollway today (November 8, 2014...

Driving the Dallas Tollway today (November 8, 2014) I was caught in bumper to bumper traffic for miles as construction closed 2 of the 3 lanes in both directions. I wasn't the only one as the southbound lanes were also chocked full of cars. My question to the NTTA is........if you know this construction will close down the lanes and cause much frustration and anger on the part of your customers, why don't you waive the toll charges for that day? Instead, we get caught in miles of 2-5 mph traffic congestion and you still make money even though you caused the problem. Nice!
