I ve been taking a Family Member there of and on for the last 4 years. Why is it that the staff, starting from the operators sound so unfriendly and overworked, they were this way before Covid but now that family can not go in or check on the patients personally, especially elders who are hard of hearing and can t always help themselves. The nurses are so unhappy and not personable, it s like they are there to do a job don t bother them otherwise. Doctors or nurses should be updating the family member/ caregivers.

I m not sure why I picked this Hospital again, especially now that there tied into Valley Medical where you would expect low budget service.

I was born here too but back then it was probably a nice clean and friendly Hospital.
