DON'T USE VIRIDIAN. Zero stars should be on option. Last months pricing was 80% higher on electricity and 25% higher on gas vs my primary provider. Viridian also failed to follow the fixed rate I signed up for as well as not providing notice of the renewal option of fixed or variable. I had to call them to get my refund only getting to the one person worth anything. They however have yet to refund my electric. Horrible company. I have filed a BBB complaint and reaching out to FTC. Stay clear of this company unless you like to throw your cash away.
