'Hired gun' firm who'll allow anyone to threaten legal action against others, even when there's no loss to their client. Also enjoy picking days to serve legal action just before national holidays to make it difficult for people to find a solicitor to represent them. If firms like this are your thing then also be aware they didn't succeed and will happily take your money for a punt. Hopefully one day the SRA will shut them down.
