My daughter came in this cash and carry today bearing in mind she is pregnant, was treated terribly by one of the owners.
He accused her of writing a bad review for their store, so he verbally abused her. Why let my daughter come in, shop around then have ago at her when she is about to pay for the goods. What kind of a heartless person would do this. Should of barred her soon as she walked in, to make things worse he says to her your money what you spend in my store don't make a difference.
Is this how you TREAT your customers, does it matter how much customers spend. You should appreciate you got customers coming in spending money in your store.
Im mortified, I be coming in this store myself and having a word with this horroudues person. I have many family members coming here, they will definitely stop. There's other cash and carrys that would appreciate and value their customers.
This review won't stop people visiting this store but it will bring people forward on how they treat their customers.
