All the staff are very courteous. Even if everybody is busy, they will find time to attend to your needs. This actually differentiate Shangri-La from any other luxury hotels here and abroad. For example, in the restaurant, the waiter and waitresses will always be on the look out for guests needing their services. In other hotels, their service personnel will look away from the guests to avoid them.
