Wretched experience. The person that hit my car has this company, and nothing involving this company is going well.
After the claim was submitted, I had to wait half a week before anyone from this company contacted me to let me know what was going on.
Once my schedule allowed, I brought my car in for repairs. It took three days for someone from this company to call me to say anything regarding the repairs, which at this point are almost complete. And now, the very next next day, after hearing that they would cover the cost of a rental car, I have to hear from Enterprise, not Hastings, that the car won't be covered? Apparently because it's drive-able? How am i supposed to drive it while it's being repaired? I would love an answer to that. Oh, but you told Enterprise at the end of your day and then left.
When are you planning on talking to me to tell me what is going on, and why you've lied to me?
