The packaging was slightly damaged, and the plant had a few wilted leaves upon arrival. While the customer service team was responsive and offered a replacement, I would have preferred better care during shipping. Overall, the quality of the plant was average, but the delivery issue was a letdown. I hope they consider improving their packaging and handling for future orders. 🌿🚚
