Even though they control and limit the number of people, you quickly find yourself crouded out of viewing. Sitting and viewing is impossible, making the experience tiring.
In many cases you need to move about as the lighting is reflected off the oil. Overcrowding again prevents good vewing.
Gift shop disappointed as its really focused around a few paintings.
