The Irish food board.Leaflets are available with recipes,quality assured,sourced in Ireland.Series available for pork,fish,lamp,bacon,beef,chicken. At Xmas,they have many traditional recipes. These can be obtained on line or telephoning the board and they will send them free of charge by post.Butcher shops or other food outlets also have same.The booklets also contain guides to nutritional benifits.By choosing products that have the bord via mark is a sign that the highest level of care and attention has been given to how the food has been produced.There are also tips on freezing,and preparation on cooking.Cooking was a great lockdown hobby.Well done Bord Via.
