DHL is a company should not do be trust! DHL gives their customer the wrong quote than they take extra money from your credit card without permission.
I do not advise anyone to work with DHL.
I am very disappointed with this company and I will continue to review them everywhere I can. People must be aware that DHL is a fraud!!! UPS can be trusted. Avaoid DHL. They stole my money!!!!

Every day, I receive my sms to tell me that the delivery man is supposed to come by.

First day I was 3m from the door, I have a dog that howls at death if it knocks.
Second day I put a poster on the door inviting DHL to knock.
Always nothing.
I'll have it delivered 10km from my home in a bookstore. There the delivery man will have what as an excuse?
I do not mind that their workload does not allow them to deliver everyone. But there is no hope in fact. If every day they have fun doing this. Do I have to film my door every smatins and post the videos to prove that no one rang the doorbell?
I thought DHL was well placed in transport, it is no better than dpd in fact.
I had no choice but to take this carrier, despite everything I will avoid it as much as possible.

I am really disappointed with DHL's customer service because I called 02 752 02 11 for some information. I just had the time to say "Hello, I'm calling you for delivery information" and the person I got on the phone asks me to wait and hangs up on my face. I tried several times to recontact them but without result.
Really, I am amazed at such a service from DHL
