Now if I could only give the stars to their associate Janessa then I would five stars!

Janessa has been such a helpful person throughout this whole process. She is not only articulate in explaining what s happening but she s kind and full of grace. Whenever I ve spoken to ANYONE other then her it has thrown of the quality of my day. The rest of them are mean and very unpleasant to speak to.

Janessa is willing to work with you and also keep you informed with what is happening. I couldn t be happier that she is the person who is in charge of my account. I will never talk to anyone other then her because the rest of them are shameful.
