I ve had some paint issue with my car which required a dealer visit. Budd s Mazda was close to my work and I ve decided to give them a try.

I want to start by saying that I ve had an amazing customer experience at this dealership. Every service advisor I have dealt with has been courteous and professional but there is one name in particular that I would like to mention and that is the service manager, Jason Corrigan, who went the extra mile and put all his efforts in trying to convince Mazda that this is a manufacturing defect that has to be fixed under warranty. Although it was a very long road, Mazda finally proved that they stand behind their product and solved the issue to my satisfaction. Again, without Jason, this would not likely have been possible.

This is my 4th Mazda and although there were some hiccups with this vehicle, it s because Mazda s dedicated employees like Jason Corrigan that I am now strongly reconsidering this brand and looking forward for the new 2019 Mazda 3 for my next car purchase.
