Went in to exchange some shoes that I bought onlin...

Went in to exchange some shoes that I bought online with 20% discount. Online it said they had the size I needed. When I got there they said that they didn t have it so I had to exchange for the same model but in a different colour, I was made to pay the original price because it s company policy . Sadly I looked online and nowhere is this policy mentioned. Staff was unhelpful and didn t seem to be bothered. It s ridiculous to pay more for the same shoes that are in a different colour even though it s their fault they don t have the size I needed? Will never buy from them again.
