WARNING TO THE PUBLIC This Agency Abuses its Authority by Retailiation when confronted with complaints against their Emplyees protocols decisions as in my case. This Agency failed to Investigate a Dental malpractice claims allowing the Severity of permanate damages to my oral condition unnessecary misdisnosis & procedures such as filing my teeth to the nerve destroying my alignments & occlusion Abusive language & a dentist who repeatedly stated "I have no idea what I'm doing(charted) who abandoned my case stopping midway during procedure stating that I needed to find another dentist inducing long term pain/suffering mental overall health impaired. Furthermore this agency turned a blind eye to Federal crimes medical chart note Fraud Federal billing Fraud(Retailiation.) Emergency medical Bill's incurred by FRAUD
This Agency made a healthcare decision based on fraud to my detriment affecting state & county Agencys
This Agencys autonomy is Fraudulant--As we all know a doctor in the state of Florida WILL NOT SPEAK against another doctor. In medical malpractice cases Lawyers have to hire "experts from out of state to pursue medical malpractice cases(pay a doctor//Rackett)(they know this).Florida Department of Health is a Rackett as a whole & a WASTE OF GOVERNMENT FUNDING--A WASTE OF THE PUBLICS TIME
And if this Agency thinks this is going away --they will be sadly mistaken
