In January they sold me over $1300 in season passes that we re supposed to start Easter weekend but never happened and we still don t know when they ll open. I requested a refund but received a automated response saying I can use the money towards TShirts or hats but no refund. The also stated I can use them next year but no offer to rent me a house next year to stay at.
