I have been to this shop quite often over the last 10 years and have never had a bad experience. I originally started going as a student, shopped for instruments and materials here, and now take students instruments here as I am now an orchestra teacher.

The staff is very friendly and will to help out at all times. You will often see either Anton on Misha in the shop answering questions or helping out.

I also have been very pleased with their customer service. Repairs have been done quickly and done well. They also give reasonable quotes and are not pushy about extra things they suggest you might look into for your instrument care.
