We replaced 15 windows in our new residence. The windows are great, the installers very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were very careful and cleaned up completely when done. The project foreman (I think that is what he was) Lyle was great, explaining the process and answering any questions that came up. His crew (Lyle, Leshawn (sp?) and Ryan P.); the Everett crew (Carl, Jamie, Bobby, Corey); The Tacoma crew (Matt Q., Blaine) all get 5 stars!
The only issue we had was that we were promised by the salesperson that the mouldings, inside and out, would be delivered earlier than the installation date so that we could paint (or stain) them before they were installed. Since it was going to be 3 months from order to installation, that should not be a problem. However, when they still had not arrived a week before that date, I was told they were coming on the FRIDAY before the installation was set for MONDAY. Which of course would not be time enough to paint 15 windows worth of trim. It would have been much easier to paint before installing since we had just painted the entire house inside, now requiring much more careful work in a newly renovated house. This issue was not addressed to our satisfaction, hence the lower rating.
