The young man was very polite and knew his job. I was under the impression that he was also going to look at the heating system as Karl had indicated, in addition to putting in the filters. He said his work ticket stated just putting in new filters. I was disturbed that although I had already paid for an annual checkup on my heating and AC with a credit card over the phone, plus the $29 service call, when I gave him my check for the filters, he had to look at my driver's license and also check my credit card that I had given to Karl over the phone. I felt this was an insult and unnecessary. Poor customer relations for the company. The serviceman did his job in a timely manner and I appreciated that.
