I chose to take the course out of interest to learn more about the industry. I got a lot more than i was thinking out it. It was very thorough with all the material and the coursework. There is alot of studying, reviewing and practice involved to comfortably pass the course. Although having a teacher that is thorough and clear, like Eldon, helped alot.
All in all, it was an excellent decision to take the Canfitpro PTS course, and would highly reccomend it to anyone thinking of getting into to the personal training industry.
