I have been on 4th floor NW tower last several day...

I have been on 4th floor NW tower last several days for an ailing parent. More times than not the nursing staff at the nursing desk display and act like every question is a bother and a nuisance. They also seem very uncoordinated in the flow of information from one shift to the next. But the most egregious act is the sincere lack of customer/patient helpfulness and sincerity is trying to answer questions ... (eg., I see my father was moved do you know why .... answer with no eye contact: no my shift just started ... which ended the discussion until someone else heard how rude and unprofessional it was and tried to help).
