Well let me start of by saying your service EXPERIENCE extremely sucks. I did not go there by choice. There was a recall on chrysler minivan (which causes a fire) but anyway. I set up an APPOINTMENT for it to be fixed because of recall 2 WEEKS ahead of time. But now was told that PART HAS TO BE ORDERED on the recall. Total waste of time for myself and husband that took off of work to be able to drop off vehicle for repairs. Lucky enough also took vehicle there for a warranty job that was suppose to be fixed which was not. So now an early appointment or appointment to what they describe it as is still there and has not been looked at. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS and shuttle service is the only thing that can be given as transportation FOR THE INCONVENIENCE YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT GIVES CUSTOMERS WOW. Just shows how wonderful it is to buy a car at your establishment with such great reviews on BUYING experience little do they know the small print is if you have to service your vehicle. Your better off crashing it and getting in done threw your insurance as per you have new car you would have full coverage and will be given a vehicle for the time your car will be repaired
