I bought the Valo Composite light curing unit (with wired electric supply) in Nov 2011. It is a very good unit and real fun and dependable to use.

However recently the covering of the wire connecting the light curing handpiece has started to just break up exposing the cable inside. I have had to cover it with electric tape to safely secure the cable inside. This is the first time I have had such an experience with ANY of my dental appliances or equipment.
It is indeed very sad for such an advanced piece of equipment.
I hope you can explain.
