Elf s was my service rep and she was awesome to work with. She was very professional and empathetic to my needs. She did everything she could to keep my coat under control and at the same time kept me informed on all that was being done. I wish I could get her every time I came in to service my car. A real pleasure to work with.
I was hoping to see her on check out time but she was already gone for the day.
