I have owned more than 13 properties over the last 20 years and NEVER used a mortgage broker, for the last property I purchased I had a couple of question that I asked my realtor. My realtor passed me on to Michael King who answered those question AND MORE! Micheal was an incredible resource who answered question I didn't even know I needed the answers to. He guided us in many more ways than just the best interest rate. When our lawyer missed signatures on a couple pages it was Micheal who drove to our house to pick up the documents, when we needed to use a scanner, Micheal invited us to his home office to use his.
I have already recommended Michael King to my friends and family and would not consider a new mortgage or refi without his help and guidance.
