The app does not work very well and needs a lot of adjustments! Maybe that is why it only has 2 or 3 stars and bad reviews on the BBB. I have talked to an Amanda Lincoln who is rude and only says "well it must be on your end" trying to uninstall the app and reinstalling does not do anything. The app is a waste of time and City Tele Coin should know based on all of the complaints but still nothing! I know multiple people including myself who have called and spoken with Amanda Lincoln an employee with city tele coin with the same complaint and are told the same thing. This employee is useless and rude.
