This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and my experience was great. Pati was amazing! I actually live in Richmond and we were in communication all week she answered tons of questions over the phone and was a stellar in person. She s just so cool and down to earth. My wife and I LOVE her! We will definitely be coming back to see her when my wife is ready to buy her next car.

The only thing that threw me off was the inability to honor the rate quoted by finance in the sales room. I only got comfortable with the price point because of the rate. I had already secured a loan on my own for 4.04% and was offered 2.99%. This was unpleasant but wasn t a deal breaker. Some could argue I should have known better anyway. I also could have taken it upon myself to press harder before closing the deal. My heart isn t broken. I got a nice jeep for a nice price and don t think it went too bad considering it was my first dealer experience.
