I enrolled my daughter in a swimming lesson recently. This is what happened to us. The first day went well, my daughter had a great time. The second day the swimming lesson won't start till 9:15 (it was supposed to start at 9:00), and only one coach showed up (There are 9 kids in total (a few level I and others level II)). I tried to tell the lady in the office what's happened right after the swimming lesson. This is what I got from her. "The class will start promptly every other day. And one coach is sick today. But the teacher/kids ratio is actually good!" Okay, that is it. Later that day, I called the office to cancel my daughter's lesson. Someone told me that only one lady can cancel the lesson for me and please leave her a message. I left a message and now I am still waiting for a response. Come on, I DO NOT think this is the right way to do your business.
