I only gave a 1 star so i could send a review. My friend been in the ER from 9am and currently we are almost 10hrs waiting. Blood work was never sent through, didnt know. Elderly men waiting for the same time shivering from being cold not able to get a blanket. Peoole just sitting dor hours and noone has the courtesy to say something about the long wait. Just waiting. It is terrible a horrible experience. No kind of patient care/satisfaction. To make the long wait time a little comfortable. Hot tea, hot cocoa, water. Really need to do better, its disgraceful.
