Staff at Treadstone was friendly and knowledgeable! Always had answers to my questions no matter who I spoke with. The fact they work as a team, made it real easy to communicate. No need to always speak to the SAME person since the whole team knew what was going on.

Did I mention they were FAST and ORGANIZED!? We never had to wait on paperwork to be ready or approved. Once it hit the Treadstone team's desk, they were on it. This was only my 2nd home purchase in the last 13 years. I had no idea what I was doing. The Treadstone team made it simple by providing checklists of the "Do's and Don'ts".

I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone purchasing a home!
