Everyone has always had the preconceived notion that buying a car is a painful experience because the dealership just wants to get you to buy a new car and then be done with you. That is not the case with Sam Swope. From the moment I walked in and had my salesperson Lewis Ray show me around the lot, I knew this was the place I would buy my car from. They treat you like a family member, never pushing you to make a decision and making sure you explore all your options before you are ready to buy. They simplify the whole process of not only buying the car itself but also maintaining the car for the entirety of its existence. Sam Swope has done for the Car dealership industry what Amazon has done for online shopping, they focus on customer service. And once I was ready to pick up my car and sign the paperwork, they didn't just kick me to the curb. They were right there to help me learn all the features of my new car and set up all my electronic preferences. This was particularly my favorite part because they answered any questions I had and really showed they cared about me. Holly Pitt was my delivery specialist and she was just a pleasure to work with. Overall, all I can say about my experience is wow. Sam Swope is a shining beacon of hope that I hope other dealerships strive to be more like.
