I would rate my experience at Destination Mazda a 4.5/5, but since Google doesn't allow half stars, I'm willing to put 5. The sales associate, Roman, was by far the best person we interacted with at the dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, very accommodating, willing to communicate however I wanted (always by text, I hate the phone), patient. We were in the dealership probably 6 times, and he was always on time and friendly. The other employees we interacted with were more what you would expect at a traditional car dealership. We felt a little rushed when signing our papers with the financial manager, and we weren't super impressed with David, the sales manager... but simply because of Roman we would go back to Destination Mazda time and time again - and we love our new CX-5!
