I could not see how to add a review, only that I could edit my old one. So, here goes:
Yet another fabulous Vernon experience. My main unit, a York, contractor grade unit of 12 years finally failed and a Vernon tech came out quickly. But, he had to give me the bad news, not only had the control board failed, but there was a buildup of mold. I had been planning to replace the unit anyway so Mile came out the same day to write up the order. The installers were available on Wednesday and they arrived as promised and did a clean install. My wife and I are very happy with the friendliness, professionalism, and skill of everyone involved. In addition to Mike, especially want to mention Zach and Brian R., the installers.
