Fantastic service department! I will never take my car to anyone other than Michael Cotton at Galles for service again. After a number of bad experiences with other places, Michael was been incredibly helpful, working with me to figure out what exactly was causing a problem with my car. He knows me by name and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable while I waited for my car. He went by far above and beyond my expectations.
