I was in the market approximately 3 months ago for a truck and decided to hold off. I went back to find the same personnel, which in my experience of car buying is impressive! I find there is an extraordinary amount of turnover in this industry. I came in looking at a Canyon but was not satisfied with the price, the Sales Manager suggested I look at a Sierra as he could get me a better price and informed me that GMC had more available programs and incentives on that model. The sales personnel were very helpful in showing me options and comparing a few different models. I found a vehicle that suited my needs perfectly and left with it the following day. The dealership communicated everything clearly, was reasonable with pricing, professional, did not have hidden costs or try talking me into any "extras" and at no time did I feel pressure to do business here. I had a very pleasant experience at Capital GMC, will be bringing my truck here for any future parts/service needs, and will be recommending the dealership to anyone in the market. I look forward to future transactions here!
