Was able to drop my vehicle off for a service before work and was given a sweet loaner vehicle - which is very convenient. The text communications made it easy to request/receive updates. Employees were great - polite and helpful. They also washed my car which I greatly appreciated.
Bonus: I mentioned my car had a hard downshift while cold when I brought it in (originally for an unrelated recall) and they were able to identify and fix the issue within a couple of days for no charge! (Thanks warranty!)
