The contact person was short tempered. I was in the lottery placed #7. My paperwork was submitted with the 2 week period. Service person was snotty said I was late. Shell get to it when she can. I called a couple of times she would never give me an answer. She will be like I'm processing other paperwork. Then after months she says look for something else the application before you received the apartment. So they set aside 20 apartments i was picked #7. And there's no more apartments. Its been 4 months not even a letter to say its filled. What happened to all my personal information. She didn't even contact my landlord. Unprofessional
