Good: Location

Good: Location
No match for the location at this price. Walmart/Starbucks/AMC a stone's throw away and many big offices within close range. Just off US101 and Lawrence, the ACE and Caltrain stations are further away but can still be walked to.

Bad: Customer Service
Couple of examples:
- My exhaust fan in the toilet is so loud it can wake up the dead. Maintenance reply is its old and there isn't anything that can be done about it.

- I renewed my contract for the 2nd year. There is no negotiation at all - pretty much a 'take it or leave it' as they have a steady stream of renters. No offer on carpet cleaning, paint etc. Was charged ~500$ as cleaning fees when I terminated after 2 years. No waive off or discount even though I would have paid them over 50K $ over 2 years. Also ended up being rent responsible for almost 2 weeks it took to clean and turn the apartment for the next resident.
