Great hotel, if it wasn't for the comfort inn service!! For over 500$ a night, this hotel does provide great ammenities and large rooms. But the management and staff are terrible!! We paid for a room and got one smaller and not what we paid for. We showed our receipts and even provided our confirmation sheet etc. and due to the hotel fully booked, we were unable to get the room we paid for as they had already assigned us a studio room. Not acceptable at 500$ a night. They never compensated, apologize and accused us of lying at first about our room selection.
There are several hotels in the area and by far, this is the worst service we have EVER gotten from a JW marriott or higher end hotel. We go about twice a year for weekly stay, which we are now relocated to a better hotel nearby. SAve your $ and go elsewhere if you want great service and food that doesn't taste like it was out of the freezer!!! Service and ammenities have gone down over the past few years. They used to brew Starbucks, now it is Folgers. Food used to be fresh and tasty, now all frozen and not well presented/cooked and overpriced. Pools were CLOSED 2 days out of our trip as they claimed lightning was in the area however, one of their pool was open anyhow and they refused to staff it. Housekeeping every second day. All about $$.
You do NOT get what you supposily pay for. Stay away!!!
